Your responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing assembly, welding and hardfacing processes; calculating labour input and consumption rates for auxiliary materials;
- Writing process instructions for welding production;
- Selecting welding and hardfacing consumables for various welding methods and proving out welding parameters;
- Monitoring compliance with process discipline;
- Selecting process equipment and monitoring its correct operation;
- Certification of welding procedures, welding equipment and personnel;
- Writing technical specifications for welding tooling.
- higher technical education in mechanical engineering; vocational education in welding is acceptable;
- at least 1 year of experience;
- confident user of Microsoft Office and CAD systems (Kompas 2D, AutoCAD) is mandatory, PLM systems are desirable.
