Lead Machining Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Developing, verifying and implementing manufacturing processes for pipeline valves.
• Calculating auxiliary materials used in production.
• Selecting process equipment and monitoring its correct operation.
• Selecting and testing tools.
• Monitoring compliance with process discipline.
• Identifying the causes of nonconforming products and developing actions to eliminate them.
• Technical support of production and introducing process improvements.
• Entering data into the 1C:APPIUS PLM system.
• Writing technical specifications for process tooling.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education;
• At least 3 years of experience;
• Microsoft Office and CAD systems (Kompas, AutoCAD) are mandatory, PLM systems are desirable.
