Acceptance trials of a preproduction model of a wedge-gate valve DN 1200, PN 8,0 ÌPa for the compliance with requirements ÎÒÒ-75. 180.00-ÊÒÍ-272-06 "Wedge-gate valves for the oil-trunk pipeline", and also for the compliance with requirements of normality and safety rules, acting in the oil and gas complex of the Russian Federation were finished on the 28th of September. Test results were distribute on a wedge-gate valves DN 100…1200, PN 1,6…10 MPa.
On the 14th of November 2008 were accomplished with success the acceptance tests of ball valve's engineering sample DN 300, PN 8,0 ÌPà. On enquiry of JSC "ÀÊ "Òransneft" from the November 2008 at the enterprise are carried out the production-support works and manufacturing of swing check valve's engineering sample DN 1000, PN 8,0 ÌPà with the damper device.
At the present time are carried out the enterprise's preparation actions to the certification in accordance with the standards of API. All these actions are carried out in the context of approval of Kazakhstani suppliers by the Department of Kazakhstan support's development Agip KCO, as also for the purpose of license's obtaining, which is grants a right to use API Monogram. This API Monogram is a certificate of carrying-out of international standards' requirements by the JSC "Ust-Kamenogorsk Valves Plant" in the manufacture of equipment for the oil and gas industry.
Certification center of API has finished review of the Manual R ISM «UKAZ»01-07 Integrated Management Control System Manual. According to the conclusion, the Manual complies with requirements of Program’s Registration as well as complies with approved standards of Quality Control System.
From 10 of February till 17 of February 2009 at Joint-Stock Company "UKAZ" was conducted an inspective audit by the company Lloyd's Register. Subsequent to the results of inspective audit the integrated management system has been recognized as e ffectively working in the realization of policy in the field of quality, environment, OHS (Occupational Health and Safety), and strategic targets, as well as complying with requirements of ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007.
For the purpose of recognition of conformity of functioning of the enterprise's quality control system to regulatory requirements of ISO 9001, ISO/TS 29001: 2007 and specifications API Spec. 6D, API - Q1 8th Ed the carrying out of audit is planned at the enterprise in April, May, 2009.
On 26 of March, 2009 at proof ground of (open) JSC "Gazprom" FDOAO "Orgenergogaz" "Saratovorgdiagnostika", Saratov town on the actuating medium natural gas were finished acceptance tests of ball valve DN 300, PN 8,0 MPa with pneumatic drive, with jet-edge drive of JSC "Ust-Kamenogorsk Valve Plant" production. The results of tests are positive.
Within the framework of support of Kazakhstan suppliers by the Department for Development of Kazakhstan Maintenance Agip KCO, is carried out the preparation of the enterprise for certification according to standards of API for the purpose of receipt of a license, which grant the right to use API Monogram and which is evidence of carrying-out by JSC "UKAZ" the requirements of international standards in the manufacture of equipment for oil and gas industry. On May 2009 at the enterprise has been executed API audit in order to conform the compliance of performance of the enterprise's quality management system to the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO/TS 29001: 2007 and API Specification 6D, API - Q1 8th, Edition.
From 21 September till 25 September 2009 at JSC "UKAZ" has been executed the recertification audit by the representatives of "Lloyd's Register" company. The results of recertification audit show that, integrated management system is effectually working in the implementation of Quality policy, environment policy, occupational health and safety policy and strategic objectives, and also meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 standards.
Confirmed the readiness of the enterprise for the output of gate valves from the second half of the year 2010 for OJSC "ÀÊ "Transneft" in accordance with requirements ÎÒÒ -23.060.30-ÊÒÍ-246-08; with this object in mind were performed type test of the gate valve DN 1050, PN12,5 MPa at the bench of JSC "Ust-Kamenogorskiy armaturniy zavod" and type climatic test of the gate valve DN 500, PN12,5 MPa at the bench ÔÊÏ "ÍÈÖ ÐÊÏ", Peresvet town, Moscow Region. Test results are positive.
The first phase of acceptance test (Bench testing at the bench of JSC "Ust-Kamenogorskiy armaturniy zavod") of non-quick operating swing check valve with a damper device, DN 1000, PN 8,0 MPa is completed. Test results are positive; the valve is shipped for the operational test performance in OJSC "Sibnefteprovod", Tyumen town. Planned date of operational test performance - March 2010.
In February 2010 at the “Ust-Kamenogorskiy armaturniy zavod” JSC has been conducted certification audit of the management system by the American Petroleum Institute (API).
On the 1st of March were received the certificates for the quality management system according to the following standards: - ISO 9001:2008. Quality management systems. Requirements; - API Specification Q1. Specification for Quality Program for the Petroleum, Petrochemical and Natural Gas Industry; - ISO/TS 29001. Petroleum, Petrochemical and Natural Gas industries – Sector specific requirements – Requirements for product and service supply organizations., as well as the Certificate of Authority to use the Official API Monogram on the gate valves, which is an evidence of the carrying-out of requirements of the international standard ANSI/API Specification 6D. (Specification for Pipeline Valves).
In November, 2010 there were performed acceptance tests of ball valves DN 50, PN 8,0 MPa with manual actuator and DN 300, PN 10,0 MPa; DN 1000, PN 10,0 MPa with pneumohydraulic actuators, manufactured by “Ust-Kamenogorsk Valve Plant” JSC in testing ground of OJSC “Gazprom” in Saratov. Results of tests are positive, in consequence of which ball valves DN 10…1050, PN up to 12,5 MPa are recommended for use on OJSC “Gazprom”.
Prototype model of gate valve DN 1200, PN 12,5 MPa has been made according to requirements of OTT-23.060.30-KTN-246-08 of OJSC “AK Transneft”, which is now on the first stage of acceptance testing – endurance testing on test stands of the plant.
Prototype model of ball valve DN 200, PN 12,5 MPa with electric actuator has been made, tested and acknowledged complying with the requirements of ÎÒÒ-23.060.30-ÊÒN-048-10 of OJSC “AK Transneft”.
The Plant obtained a permit from Rostekhnadzor for use of wedge gate valves and gate valves, ball and check valves in projects of OJSC “AK Transneft” and OJSC “Gazprom” in Russian Federation.
The Plant obtained a permit from Ministry of state control of Emergency and Industrial Safety of Republic of Kazakhstan for use of pipeline fittings, manufactured by “Ust-Kamenogorsk Valve Plant” on the facilities of Republic of Kazakhstan.
In October, 2010, representatives of Lloyd Register conducted scheduled supervisory audit. As a result of audit, integrated management system of “Ust-Kamenogorskiy Armaturniy Zavod” JSC has been found effective and well-maintained, and in accordance with the requirements of international standards ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007, at a high level of reliability to the quality of manufactured products and control over environment aspects and risks of production process.
In December, 2010, representatives of API conducted supervisory audit of Quality management system of the enterprise, as a result of which, it was found as conforming to the requirements of standards API-Q1, ISO/TS29001-2010, ISO 9001-2008. Also, the enterprise showed ability to design and manufacture of gate valves, ball valves and check valves according to API Spec. 6D.
In April, 2011, the enterprise obtained certificates and License for the right of use of API Monogram on gate valves, ball and check valves according to the requirements of API Spec. 6D.
In February, 2011 on test bench of «Ust-Kamenogorsk Valve Plant» JSC have been carried out acceptance tests of ball valve DN 1000, PN 10,0 MPa, manufactured by «Ust-Kamenogorsk Valve Plant» JSC on the basis of requirements of Caspian Pipeline Consortium. Results of test are positive. Acceptance test certificate ¹ 310-86/29 dated 25.02.2011.
Prototype of gate valve DN 1200, PN 12,5 MPa has been manufactured in accordance with requirements ÎÒÒ-23.060.30-ÊÒÍ-246-08 of «ÀÊ «Transneft» OJSC. The first (endurance test on the test bench of «Ust-Kamenogorsk Valve Plant» JSC) and the second (seismic resistance test on the test bench of FSUE «TSNIIMASH», Korolev town, Moscow region) stages of acceptance test have been finished. There had been drawn a certificate of acceptance test dated 07.05.2011, with the recommendation for batch production of gate valves and batch production of gate valves DN 1200, PN 6,3 and 8,0 MPa began.
Prototype of ball valve DN 200, PN 12,5 MPa with electric actuator, complying with the requirements ÎÒÒ-23.060.30-ÊÒÍ-048-10 of «ÀÊ «Transneft» OJSC has been manufactured and passed factory tests. The first stage of acceptance tests – endurance test on the test bench of «Ust-Kamenogorsk Valve Plant» JSC, the second stage – seismic resistance test on the test bench of FSUE «TSNIIMASH», Korolev town, Moscow region and the third stage – climatic tests in FSE «NIC RKP», Peresvet town, Moscow region have been carried out. There was drawn a certificate of acceptance dated 17.06.2011, with recommendation for batch production of ball valves.
On the test bench of «Ust-Kamenogorsk Valve Plant» JSC are carried out type tests of wedge gate valve DN 1200, PN 8,0 MPa, manufactured in accordance with the requirements ÎÒÒ-75-180.00-ÊÒÍ-164-10.
Prototype of check valve DN 1000, PN 8,0 MPa with damping device, manufactured according to recommendations of acceptance board dated 29.03.2010, based on the results of acceptance testing at OPS Chepurskogo-1 of «Sibnefteprovod» OJSC has passed preliminary tests.
Obtained permits from Rostekhnadzor: - ¹ ÐÐÑ 00-043244 dd. 22.04.2011 for application of gate valves DN 1200, PN up to 12,5 MPa at installations of «ÀÊ «Transneft» OJSC in Russian Federation; - ¹ ÐÐÑ 00-044918 dd. 01.09.2011 for application of ball valves DN from 10 to 1400, PN up to 25,0 MPa at installations of «ÀÊ «Transneft» OJSC and other companies, transporting oil and oil products in Russian Federation.
Obtained permits from Emergency and Industrial Safety State Supervision Department of Republic of Kazakhstan for application of products, manufactured by «Ust-Kamenogorsk Valve Plant» JSC, at the facilities of Republic of Kazakhstan: - ¹ 19-02/þë-1265 dd. 10.08.2010 for application of welded tees DN from 300 to 1400, PN up to 10,0 MPa; - ¹ 19-02/þë-321 dd. 10.03.2011 for application of forged and welded tees DN from 500 to 1400, PN up to 10,0 MPa, welded segmented bends DN from 300 to 1400, PN up to 10,0 MPa, manhole hatches DN from 500 to 1400, PN up to 10,0 MPa, elliptic forged bottoms with outside diameter DN from 57 to 1220 with different pressure ratings; - ¹ 19-04/þë-1222 dd. 15.07.2011 for application of pressure vessels DN from 200 to 1400, PN up to 10,0 MPa.
The permit from Emergency and Industrial Safety State Supervision Department of Republic of Kazakhstan ¹ 19-03-14/þë-2432 dated 23.11.2011 has been obtained for application of mounting assemblies for pipelines DN from 200 to 1400, PN up to 10,0 MPa, manufactured by «Ust-Kamenogorsk Valve Plant» JSC.
On the basis of positive results of acceptance testing of number of ball valves, manufactured by «Ust-Kamenogorsk Valve Plant» JSC in proving ground «Saratovorgdiagnostika» (Acceptance testing certificate ¹ 44 dated 25.11.2010), and on the basis of positive results of technical requirements ÑÒ ÀÎ 39013846-1.047-2009 examination, under which valves are manufactured (expertise certificate ¹ 26 dated 02.09.2011), ball valves DN 10…1050, PN up to 12,5 MPa inclusively, manufactured by «Ust-Kamenogorsk Valve Plant» JSC under abovementioned technical requirements, have been included into «Register of equipment, corresponding to the requirements of «Gazprom» OJSC, as complying with technical requirements of «Gazprom» OJSC.
