AO «Ust-Kamenogorskiy Armaturniy Zavod»(Ust-Kamenogorsk Valve Plant JSC) specializes in design, development, production and supply of pipeline valves and oil-field equipment. During 30 years “UKAZ” has been the leading machinery manufacturer of Kazakhstan in oil-and-gas industry. Our products are well known beyond Kazakhstan borders: in Russia, CIS and in the countries of the far abroad. .
Products are manufactured in accordance with Kazakhstan and Russian standards. Quality of products is proved by Kazakhstan and Russian certificates of conformance. All purchased products can be shipped to the customer’s warehouse by motor and railway transport.
AO «Ust-Kamenogorskiy Armaturniy Zavod»(Ust-Kamenogorsk Valve Plant JSC) has an integrated management system certified by the international certification body Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance. It includes quality management system, environmental management system, occupational health and safety management system under international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. Integrated Management System of AO “Ust-Kamenogorskiy Armaturniy Zavod” (Ust-Kamenogorsk Valve Plant JSC) was prepared by Ural Interregional Certification Centre (www.uicc.ru).
Quality Management System of "UKAZ" JSC is approved by American Petroleum Institute and is acknowledged as complying with the requirements of ISO 9001, API Spec. Q1 and ISO/TS 29001 standards. License of American Petroleum Institute gives a right for "UKAZ" JSC to use API Monogram on gate valves, manufactured according to API Spec. 6D.
Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety Policy of AO «Ust-Kamenogorskiy Armaturniy Zavod».
The basic target of business of AO “UKAZ”- is production of pipeline valves and oil field equipment. Following the principle of quality management, the Management of AO «UKAZ» determined the following intentions and orientation of enterprise actions in the field of:Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety Policy of AO «UKAZ»:
with regard to quality, shall be:
- Manufacture and timely delivery of pipeline accessories and oil-trunk equipment, meeting the regulatory and legislative requirements, satisfying customers’ specified requirements and expectations;
- Maintain in working conditions and constant increase effectiveness of the management system;
- Decrease in expenses for manufacture;
- Quality of product shall be major requirement for expansion and winning of the selling markets, a basis of profitability, stabilization of economic situation and development of the enterprise.
with regard to environment, shall be:
- Production activity in accordance with the normative and legislative requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning environmental protection;
- Maintain in working conditions and constant increase of effectiveness of the management system;
- Systematic improvement of ecological characteristics of the production process;
- Systematic and reliable environmental monitoring, exposure of environmental aspects and establishment of degree of their impact with the purpose of making actions for protection and prevention of negative impact on the environment.
with regard to occupational health and safety, shall be::
- Production activity in accordance with the normative and legislative requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning occupational health and safety;;
- Maintain in working conditions and constant increase effectiveness of the management system of occupational health and safety;
- Systematic and reliable monitoring of products, processes and services, exposure of hazards, risks assessment and management with the purpose of making actions for protection and prevention of negative impact on people's health and safety;
- Systematic improvement of the production activity indicators through forming activities directed to prevention of occupational traumatism and accidents, assurance of preparedness to fault isolating, and liquidation of it's consequences.
Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety Policy shall be a basis for functioning and improvement of the integrated management system of AO "Ust-Kamenogorskiy Armaturniy Zavod", complying with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and API Q1.
The management of AO "Ust-Kamenogorskiy Armaturniy Zavod" shall take obligations and shall be responsible for execution of the Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety Policy, strictly following the stated principles and shall call up all employees to participate actively in its execution. .
Continuous development of the enterprise activity in the field of quality, environment, occupational health and safety is based on planning, quality monitoring, discrepancy cause analysis and implementation of necessary corrective and preventive actions. This is achieved by systematic training and by keeping the enterprise staff aware of quality, ecology, work safety and industrial security.
Execution of this Policy shall mean that every employee of the enterprise understands requirements of the customer, state and society in general. In our work we follow this principle "The executor of next operation-is your consumer".
